• Cut beef fat into bite sized pieces.
• Cook in Crock Pot on High for 7 hours or till beautiful rich brown, stirring every 30-60m
• Strain out cracklings and filter tallow
• Toss cracklings with 1tsp seasoning per 200g

3 tsp allulose
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion/shallot powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp MSG
