Ginger Scallion Tikka

A quick and easy dish you can prepare in advance and cook super quick-like.

2lb chicken thigh, cubed
150g Greek yogurt
40g of green onion
25g minced garlic
10g ginger minced
1 Tbsp acid
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coriander seed
1/4 tsp white pepper

• Combine all ingredients.
• Marinate in fridge 15m-24h
• Spread in single layer in air fryer with holes for air to get under.
(Broiler can also work, timing may vary)
• 400°F for 18m, flipping halfway through.
